DAN ALOE, PRESIDENT
Daniel Aloe is the president, co-founder, and sole owner of Capital Asset Protection, Inc. Dan became aware of the critical importance of dependable, professional security services through his years of working in various management positions in his family's various businesses including coal and aggregate mining, coke and iron production, and land development. In 1993, he and a colleague founded CAP together. Then, in 2004, Dan became the sole owner of the company. Dan is a prior board member of Imperial Land Corp. Aloe Mining Corp., Shenango Inc., Quality Aggregates and PTI Safety and Security Advisory Board. Dan is an alumnus of St. Francis University of Pennsylvania. He is an avid sportsman, enjoying skiing and ice hockey during Pittsburgh's cold winter season and road cycling and hiking during the warmer months in several states. |

MARK DREAR, VICE-PRESIDENT, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mark Drear has over 35 years of contract security experience throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions. Mark earned his Bachelors Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1984 and immediately began his career with a national security company in Charlotte, NC. In 1988 Mark was promoted to Branch Manager and became responsible for all areas of operations, training, federal and state compliance, and licensing for 300 security officers. In 1993 Mark accepted a Regional Vice President position and assumed the responsibilities of 12 Branch Offices in 5 states. He was responsible for training management teams, overall business operations, individual profit and loss, business development, and acquisition integration. Mark has earned numerous awards over his career, and is recognized as a leader in the security industry. |

MIKE GREMBA, VICE PRESIDENT
Mike spent eight years as a police officer in Mt. Lebanon, PA and was a member of the police department's SWAT team. For twelve years, he was a supervisor in physical security for Gulf Oil in Pittsburgh, PA and Chevron Oil in San Francisco, CA and Houston, TX. He also spent time as a licensed private investigator. Mike is ACT 235 (Lethal Weapons Act) certified and a certified instructor in nonviolent crisis intervention, as well as a certified narcotics canine handler. Mike has recently retired from his position as an adjunct Safety and Security professor at the Pittsburgh Technical Institute in Oakdale, PA. |

DYLAN CHAPPELL CORPORATE OPERATIONS MANAGER
Dylan Chappell has been in the security industry for just over 10 years. He came to Capital Asset Protection in 2017 working as a Security Officer at Langeloth Metallurgical in Langeloth, PA. While working full time he was also attending school full time, successfully earning a degree in Business Administration from Penn Commercial Business School in Washington, PA. After graduating with honors, Dylan was then promoted to be the Assistant Operations Manager in 2018. In this position, he excelled in overseeing scheduling and hiring in CAPs regions of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and parts of Ohio. In 2022, after being mentored by the Operations Manager for 4 years, Dylan was then given the opportunity to take over the Operations Manager position after the previous manger’s departure. Having made his way through CAP as a security officer and with his heavy involvement in each of CAPs site locations as a manager, Dylan’s perspective and knowledge of the company as whole will greatly benefit Capital Asset Protection as we continue to strive for customer satisfaction and company growth. |

Frank Mancine Regional Manager Cleveland
Frank has over 35 years of hospitality experience with different branded hotels. He also has combined his hospitality background with 10 years of security experience. Frank is currently our Regional Manager servicing the Cleveland market. He has a passion for providing great customer service, he believes in team building, and his award winning service is evident the minute you meet him. Frank currently resides in Cleveland, but he is a native of Pittsburgh, and one of the biggest Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins fans that you will ever meet. |
Darcie Norman joined the team at CAP in October 2021. As CAP’s Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Mr. Aloe, Darcie is responsible for all matters concerning accounts receivable and payable, taxes, payroll, and workers compensation- to name just a few! Darci has intense experience managing every aspect of a business through her 14 years as the Executive Manager for several hotels owned by Choice Hotels. Her leadership and dedication to her craft were the bedrock of her success as a corporate logistics expert.
Darcie is a native Pittsburgher and enjoys a beautiful family with 4 children. They are passionate about football, baseball, and all avid golfers. When Darcie isn’t at work or spending time with her family, she is a part-time real estate agent.

Recruiter Manpower Specialist
Jessica Moralee joined the Capital Asset Protection team in May of 2022. She has worked in South Carolina in the field as a security guard for 7 years. When she moved back to Ohio she became the Manager at Jackson Hewitt for 5 years the hiring responsibility. While she is career oriented she is also a full time mom of 5 kids that she absolutely adores. Her role with our team is putting people to work by delivering full cycle recruitment and delivering high quality service to candidates, associates, and clients. Recruiters will work with a high sense of urgency, paying attention to detail, while performing a variety of tasks that support the overall mission; recruiting candidates, onboarding associates, and matching skills to the needs of current and potential clients.
