Anticipating Your Needs
Here are a few things we've been asked once or twice that we can anticipate might be on your mind. Please contact with your other questions and it will receive our immediate attention.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAY RATES?
Our pay rates differ from site to site and location to location. We don't have a standard pay rate for all officers. We conduct a market analysis for each of the cities in which we start a job. By conducting this market analysis, we are able to determine what the average wages are for security officers in each area. We then try to pay a slightly higher than average wage which enables us to attract experienced and qualified officers. We also consider the job requirements, schedules, and hours required when determining wages.
HOW LONG IS YOUR STANDARD CONTRACT?
Our standard contracts are one year but we also have two and three year contracts. Please keep in mind that the stated length of the contract is not crucial because all contracts contain a clause which permits either party to cancel with 30 days notice. There is a significant benefit to the client, however, when agreeing to a longer term contract because the billing rates and periodic increases will be spelled out up front. This means no surprises to the client during the length of the contract.
WHAT TYPE OF EXPERIENCE DOES YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM HAVE?
Our management team has extensive experience in contract security, military, and law enforcement. Combined, it's over 100 years!
WHAT IS THE PRICE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ARMED AND UNARMED OFFICERS?
The bill rates difference for armed vs. unarmed officers is approximately $4.00 to $5.00 per hour. However, billing rates are a function of the contract and site requirements, so rates at a high-risk site will be commensurate with the contract requirements.
HOW LONG DO YOU TRAIN YOUR OFFICERS?
The OTJ training will differ from site to site and from officer to officer so it is difficult to provide a set answer to this question. The duties at some locations may require 40 hours of training whereas other locations will take only 8 hours. We make certain in all cases, however, that the officer is comfortable with the required duties prior to certifying him/her for the new assignment.
